Copywork is practiced by many writers and bloggers because it builds a sense of the professional formation of writing in your brain.
It helps you realize and build a sense of what type of mindset professional writers usually keep in their brains while writing.
It's overall a stupendous effective warm-up for writers. Doing freehand writing aimlessly will develop only within the periphery of what you have on your brain already. But a copywork would help you do it in a professional tone, from trained writers.
You can always experiment with it. Bring changes in formation, and so on.
Keep in mind, choose from better writing pieces for copywork.
